2. Technical clarification & quotation: key details are confirmed; the quotation, production plan, and delivery timeline are finalized.
3. Production planning: process steps are scheduled with a fast production target, and control points are defined.
4. Testing & checks: controls are completed during production and before dispatch.
5. Delivery: shipment is executed according to the delivery plan with operational tracking.
6. Support: process communication continues, and technical support is provided when needed.
