ABOUT THE PROJECT

This work, carried out in 2018 at Bross Textile’s production facility located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ, Turkey, was planned to meet rooftop natural daylight requirements, achieve uniform daylight distribution in large volumes, and create a durable roof solution against external impacts. The barrel-vault polycarbonate application ensures efficient light transmission in industrial buildings while providing improved resistance to seasonal conditions with the right detailing.

As Kale Group, within the scope of the project, we meticulously completed rooftop polycarbonate cladding and polycarbonate barrel vault roof applications by taking the supporting structure, waterproofing details, expansion allowances, water drainage, and wind loads into consideration. As a result, a roof superstructure system was achieved that provides more balanced daylight in production areas, ease of maintenance, strong protection against outdoor conditions, and a functional, aesthetic finish.
