Mutlu Plastic Mold Factory Project

Mutlu Plastic Mold Factory Project covers a set of building envelope and interior partition applications completed in 2016 at an industrial facility in Gebze, Kocaeli. The scope brings together multiple systems—aluminum joinery, smoke ventilation openings, PVC window/door solutions, and office partitions—under a single coordinated implementation.

Within the project, motorized aluminum window systems were configured to match controlled opening scenarios, while aluminum smoke ventilation windows were executed with system integrity in mind, including joinery–hardware–connection detailing. In parallel, PVC window and door systems and additional aluminum joinery solutions were applied in areas shaped by operational requirements.

For circulation zones, aluminum stair railings and safety details were completed with attention to alignment, anchoring, and finish quality. Office partitions supported functional space planning.
