The Mistral Bakırköy Project, developed in Bakırköy, Istanbul in 2015, is a residential implementation that stands out with its modern architectural language and detail-oriented solutions. The project focuses on façade continuity, long-lasting material selection, strong thermal and acoustic performance, and a refined overall appearance delivered to the same standard.
As Kale Group, we completed the full scope with meticulous workmanship, covering PVC joinery and motorized shutter applications, composite façade cladding works, glass balustrade and handrail systems, and stainless-steel exterior railing solutions. Glass balcony enclosures and winter garden applications improved daily comfort, while complementary details such as the clear glass backsplash, the decorative mirror at the entrance, and the automated garage shutter supported the project’s architectural identity as a cohesive whole.
