Senkaya Construction – Blue Planet Project is a modern residential development located in Kurtköy, Pendik, Istanbul. Planned on a 10,000 m² site and completed between 2013 and 2015, the project features a contemporary architectural language where envelope performance, façade aesthetics, and safety details are expected to work as a single coherent system.
Within the scope of Kale Group’s implementation, PVC window and door systems were delivered to support thermal comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term durability. In parallel, aluminum composite facade cladding and additional aluminum joinery works were completed with careful attention to alignment, fixation detailing, and finish quality.
Balcony zones were executed as a major visual and safety element of the project. Heavy-duty glass balcony balustrades, glass balcony applications, and glass separator details between balconies were implemented with emphasis on structural safety, precise workmanship, and clean sightlines. For circulation areas, aluminum stair railings and handrails were completed with an ergonomic approach and robust anchoring details.
