ABOUT THE PROJECT

Senkaya Construction – Garden Planet Project is a premium residential development in Kurtköy, Pendik, Istanbul, planned on a 21,000 m² site and delivered between 2013 and 2015. With a total of 370 apartments, diverse plan types, and strong social infrastructure, the project brings together comfort, aesthetics, and functionality in one of the area’s growing districts.

Within the scope of Kale Group’s implementation, PVC window and door systems were completed across residential units, while applications in social facilities and common areas supported the project’s community-focused concept. In parallel, aluminum joinery works and stair railing/handrail systems were delivered with attention to alignment, anchoring details, and finish quality.

On the building envelope, aluminum composite facade cladding was executed with a focus on façade performance and long-term durability. Balcony zones were treated as both a visual and safety-critical element: heavy-duty glass balcony railing systems and glass separator applications between balconies were implemented with clean sightlines, robust fixings, and detailing precision aligned with the architectural integrity.
